Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the software and web development projects, including but not limited to source code, designs, and documentation, belong to the client upon the project’s successful completion and full payment to EmadIT.

Confidentiality

EmadIT acknowledges that any information shared by the client, which is not publicly available, shall be treated as confidential. EmadIT will not disclose such information to any third party without the client’s prior consent.

Payment Terms

The client agrees to the payment terms outlined in the project agreement. Payment shall be made according to the agreed schedule, and failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project delays or termination.

Project Timeline

EmadIT will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, project timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or client feedback delays.

Limitation of Liability

EmadIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, software, or website.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project or contract with prior written notice if either party fails to fulfill its obligations. In such cases, payment for work completed until the termination date will be due.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

Changes to Terms of Service

EmadIT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website.
