Terms of Service

Professional service conditions for clients engaging EmadIT for software and web projects.

  1. Services Offered

    EmadIT, based in the Netherlands, provides software development and web development services. The scope of each project is strictly defined in separate client agreements.

  2. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to provide accurate and complete project specifications and are responsible for reviewing and providing feedback within agreed project timelines.

  3. Intellectual Property Rights

    All intellectual property rights related to the software and web development projects, including source code, designs, and documentation, belong entirely to the client upon successful project completion and full payment to EmadIT.

  4. Confidentiality

    EmadIT treats non-public information shared by the client as strictly confidential. EmadIT will not disclose such data to third parties without prior consent.

  5. Payment Terms

    The client agrees to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project suspension or termination.

  6. Project Timeline

    EmadIT makes every effort to deliver projects within agreed timelines. Timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or feedback delays.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    EmadIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, software, or website.

  8. Termination

    Either party may terminate a contract with prior written notice if either party fails to fulfill its contractual obligations. Payment for all work completed up to the termination date remains due.

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Contact: info@emadit.nl.
